Jin Shofu Paste 500gm For making traditional Japanese double-refined wheat starch paste. Mix approximately 1 part Jin Shofu to 3 or 4 parts water. Heat mixture over a low flame and stir continuously. When it becomes clear remove it from the heat and let it cool before using. A finer paste

Jin Shofu Paste 500gm For making traditional Japanese double-refined wheat starch paste. Mix approximately 1 part Jin Shofu to 3 or 4 parts water. Heat mixture over a low flame and stir continuously. When it becomes clear remove it from the heat and let it cool before using. A finer paste can be obtained by using a Norikoshi sieve. The mixed paste can be stored in plastic or glass jars in a refrigerator.
