Damaged or DefectiveIf product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact a Larson-Juhl representative within 30 days of receipt to discuss an appropriate action. Please note images of the damage and the related invoice number will be required for a credit to be processed.*
Incorrect MerchandiseLarson-Juhl Australia will, upon request, replace any merchandise that is received as a result of a picking error where this is reported to one of our representatives within 30 days of receipt. No material will be accepted, and no credits or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Orders incorrectly filled by Larson-Juhl will not attract any freight or re-stocking fee.*
Change of Mind PolicyIn the event that you no longer require product which has been sent or you have ordered a product incorrectly, contact one of our Larson-Juhl representatives within 14 days of receipt of goods to arrange a return shipment. Credit for the value of the goods will only be approved for pre-arranged returns and a freight & restocking fee of 15% of the value of the goods returned will apply.*
*Any item returned to Larson-Juhl without prior approval will incur freight charges as above. All returns must be adequately packaged and returned in “as new” condition for a credit to be processed.
