Delivery & Dispatch Information

Larson-Juhl Australia aim to operate a 24 hour or same day dispatch for all orders, excluding chops, which can take up to 2-3 days. During busy trading periods, order turnaround may be extended, depending on resources.
Any Add-ons placed after the cut-off time (local time) will be processed as a new order and freight charged accordingly.
Minimum quantities are required for non-local courier orders containing Glass and orders coming from another warehouse, please contact Customer Service for details.

Please note: over-sized packages can be delayed during transit by up to a day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is paid on orders of all products with a net value of less than of $800.

• Metro shipping charge $24.50 
• Regional 1 shipping charge $49.00
• Regional 2 shipping charge $79.00
• Remote shipping charge P.O.A

Please note: Jumbo Mat, Foam board & Glazing Products (48"x96" & 48"x72") will attract an extra $15 packaging & handling fee.
