Who we are:
Larson-Juhl is known for providing the best core products into the picture framing industry - globally.
Along with being a part of the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway Group, this company has a very rich and proud history, stemming all the way back to 1957.
It goes without saying, that Larson-Juhl is the most well respected and recognised brand within the Australian picture framing industry.
In-line with Larson-Juhl’s model of “continuous improvement”, and “let’s make it easy for customers to do business with us”, the organisation has recently invested in considerable operational upgrades to ensure they remain at the top of their game. They have also invested in additional customer engagement and sales process platforms to ensure their growth minded goals are realised.
The Role:
Representing Larson-Juhl and adding value to an existing set of established accounts, primarily throughout the greater Sydney area, and NSW. Our customers range from, family ran custom picture framing businesses, to larger wholesale type distributors.
This role requires a strong sales professional with a proven track record in developing strong “trusted advisor” type relationships, driving revenue growth through account management best practices and share of wallet growth strategies, along with an eye on new business development.
We are not looking for someone who “visits” customers, but rather conducts well planned business calls, providing value in the areas that matter.
Ideally, you will have experience in a timber materials environment such as flooring, decorative mouldings, art etc. However, we will consider outside of this environment for an elite salesperson with the ability to “ramp-up” quickly.
Reporting to the Sales Director for Australia (based in Melbourne), you will work remotely, taking ownership of the NSW customer base with autonomy, purpose, resilience, and a strong desire to provide value propositions for your customers, and the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective and value-based call cycles to ensure full coverage of customers throughout Greater Sydney, and NSW.
  • Develop and growing high yielding customer relations, based on mutual trust, respect, and professional value sharing.
  • Plan all customer engagements to deliver value propositions to the customer, plus profitable revenue growth for the business.
  • Be trustworthy and motivated to be able to operate autonomously and effectively throughout your region.
  • Understand the value of sales reporting, forecasting, and leveraging the CRM system to maintain an accurate pipeline and drive growth.
What we are looking for:
This role will suit a sales professional with demonstratable success in Account Management with a solid grasp of consultative selling strategies and educating customers to new products, and new technology. You will be driven to not just meet and exceed your targets but have a growth & solution mindset, outcome focused, coachable, and hungry for success.
