The Role:

Representing Larson-Juhl and adding value to existing and potential future customers nationwide, our contact centre and show room caters to all of Australia.  Our customers range from, family ran custom picture framing businesses, to larger wholesale type distributors.
This role requires a person who is adaptive to change and is looking to develop their customer service skills in a friendly team environment.  Communication skills are key in this role as you verify customer requests and convey their needs to the appropriate parts of the business for action.
Ideally, you will have experience in a contact centre environment, including some outbound sales calls, however, any customer service or any industry experience will be looked on favourably.  A willingness to learn will be your most important skill and experience with Microsoft Navision and a CRM in a customer service role should be demonstrated.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will work on site with your team and the QLD distribution warehouse.  The right person will take on this role with, purpose, resilience, and a strong desire to provide an easy experience for your customers, and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders for goods via phone & email checking for availability and minimum requirements.
  • Review all orders received via www.larsonjuhl.com.au for availability and minimum requirements.
  • Assist customers via phone and email for any queries regarding product availability, locating orders, credit requests taking payments and objections.
  • Develop and grow customer relations, based on mutual trust, respect, and professional value sharing.
