Tycore Honeycomb Panel - 1220 x 2440mm (48x96) - 21mm thick - 6 sheets per box Archivart Tycore Mounting Panels provide a lightweight, balanced substrate of excellent rigidity. All papers and materials used in the manufacture of these panels are acid-free, lignin-free and buffered. The honeycomb core has a cell size of 7/16” (1.1 cm) and a thickness of ½” (1.25 cm), and is made from selected chemical pulp. The adhesive used through the panels is a polyvinyl acetate (PVA). Each side of the honeycomb core is surfaced with a layer of conservation board made from selected chemical pulp. Tycore Mounting Panels can be cut easily with a band saw or bench saw using the fine tooth plywood blades.
